Open Question: who do I complain to about defective NCIS dvds?

Recently received the first six seasons of NCIS, but the first five don't work properly. I'm hooked on the show but I've finished season 6 and the reruns on TV. I've searching Paramount and CBS but I can't seem to find the proper contact info for my problem. No, I don't know where they were purchased so none of the stores around me will touch them....
